Our Services
Nexus Locksmiths provides residential, commercial, and automotive locksmith services including lockout assistance, lock installation and repair, key duplication, and digital lock services across Singapore.
All services are carried out by our trained technicians. We reserve the right to decline a job if, in our professional judgement, it cannot be completed safely or legally.
Pricing & Payment
Pricing is provided as an estimate prior to commencement of work. Final charges may vary based on actual work required on-site. You will be informed of any changes before we proceed.
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash and PayNow. Receipts are available upon request.
Appointments
For scheduled appointments, please notify us at least 2 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may incur a call-out fee.
For emergency lockout services, no advance booking is required. Response times are estimates and may vary depending on location and availability.
Liability
Nexus Locksmiths will exercise reasonable care and skill in all work performed. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage to locks, doors, or property, or for any indirect or consequential loss.
Our liability is limited to the value of the service rendered. Any claims must be raised at the time of service or within 7 days of completion.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
We aim to resolve all issues amicably. If you have a concern, please contact us directly before pursuing formal proceedings.
